What is a romantic city south of manila and west of binan on the ocean?

Where can I watch a beautiful sunset while holding the hand of my beautiful filipina fiance south of manila and west of binan laguna, that I can go to from binan by jeepney. how far? with an inn or hotel overlooking a beautiful sunset, to kiss her sweet lips, and pledge her all my love forever?

1. geographically speaking there is no ocean in between manila and laguna. manila bay is west of luzon and laguna is in south central luzon or southern tagalog. it is surrounded by neighboring provinces like cavite, rizal, batangas and quezon. your best shot for an ocean is by the manila bay PICC grounds by the break water or in the SM Mall of Asia. believe me this are the best area for sunset. i did this before with my wife. unless go to laguna de bay or taal lake those are good venues. goodluck!!
