taga cebu ako gusto ko mag apply nang sss..?

taga cebu ako..gusto ako mag apply nang sss sa cebu.pero they ask me if what my job?and where did i work?and i told them that im only a self employed.i want to pay ,,and i can afford to pay monthly...its just little. you know... i want pay on my own..and they ask me if i have business or business permit?but i dont have...for me its very hard to member in sss here in cebu..i went thier for how many times...and the same thing they told me..i dont know why?i hope someone can help me this..thank you,,..god bless you.. i am a female..30 year old..i live in talisay cebu...
