Moving from bulacan to cebu to start a new?

I am from bulacan and I am planning to move to cebu early next year. Either I am moving by myself or with my husband. Where in Cebu is the best place to start a new? PS: Dont have that much savings. need a cheaper place but with more job opportunities

1. There are a lot of cheap apartments in Cebu, maybe in Mandaue or Labangon. Both places are very accessible and public transport is available until late at night. There are a lot of call centers in Cebu so finding a job is not that hard, plus we have MEPZ in Lapu2 where job opportunities are also abundant. Good luck and hope you'll like Cebu!
